Are you an experienced Sage X3 professional who understands how technology can improve business operations, financial visibility and process efficiency? Growth Stone is seeking a suitably qualified Sage X3 Consultant to support business systems and help organisations get the most value from their ERP environment. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable and business-minded professional with knowledge of Sage X3 and an understanding of how enterprise resource planning systems support finance, operations and business processes. The successful candidate will be able to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, support system functionality and contribute to effective ERP solutions. Growth Stone is assisting with the identification of a suitably qualified Sage X3 Consultant for a client requiring relevant ERP expertise. The ideal candidate will combine a relevant academic background with practical knowledge of business systems, strong problem-solving ability and the communication skills needed to work effectively with technical teams and business users. What You'll Do Support the use and ongoing functionality of the Sage X3 ERP system. Engage with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and operational challenges. Assist with investigating system issues, troubleshooting problems and coordinating resolutions. Support the configuration and optimisation of Sage X3 functionality in line with confirmed business requirements. Help identify opportunities to improve business processes through effective use of ERP functionality. Assist users with system queries and provide guidance on relevant processes and functionality. Support the preparation and maintenance of system documentation, process information and user guidance. Work with relevant stakeholders to support data accuracy, system reliability and effective business operations. Contribute to ERP-related projects, enhancements or implementation activities where required. What You Bring A relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related field. Knowledge of the Sage X3 ERP platform. An understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and their role in supporting business operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A structured approach to troubleshooting, documentation and task management. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
