You'll play a key role in building and enhancing web and mobile applications while contributing to deployment processes, operational systems, and DevOps best practices.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain robust applications using Ruby on Rails - Develop and manage scalable cloud infrastructure within AWS - Contribute to mobile application development using React Native - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features - Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies and industry best practices Required Experience - 4-6 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role - Strong Ruby on Rails expertise, including Devise, Omniauth and RSpec - Solid AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redis, Aurora PostgreSQL, Nginx, Ubuntu) - Front-end development experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS - Experience with React or React Native - Understanding of scalable application architecture and design principles - Automated testing and unit testing experience - Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills Advantageous - React Native experience - Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native environments - Experience working on customer-facing digital products If you're passionate about building scalable applications, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to work in a purpose-driven technology environment, we'd love to hear from you.
