Regional Nurse Supervisor

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing teams across multiple branches in Gauteng. The successful candidate will ensure consistent clinical standards, quality patient care and effective nursing operations throughout the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage nursing staff across multiple branches.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control and quality assurance.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Coach, mentor and develop nursing teams.
• Address clinical concerns, performance issues and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct branch visits and prepare clinical and operational reports.

• Registered Professional Nurse with SANC and valid practising status.
• Previous nursing supervision or management experience.
• Multi-site nursing management experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, infection control and quality assurance.
• Experience in staff coaching and performance management.
• Willingness to travel between branches in Gauteng.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
