Regional Development Executive
Job Description
Commercially driven territory owner responsible for scaling distribution, volume, and category presence across the Western Cape. This role goes beyond standard sales representation, focusing on building long-term trade networks and executing regional strategies.
- 2–3 years of proven sales and business development experience.
- Prior experience in the tobacco or vape industry is preferred, but strong FMCG candidates will be considered.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong track record in territory management, route planning, and hit-driven KPI management.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
- Execute regional commercial strategies to drive distribution and category volume growth.
- Track regional data, monitor competitor activities, and manage structural territory KPIs.
