As a Property Executive, you will be pivotal in driving growth, optimizing site acquisitions, and fostering stakeholder relationships within South Africa's vibrant retail landscape. Duties: Lead national site sourcing and selection processes Negotiate and structure deals with landlords and partners Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations Develop and implement property strategies to support portfolio growth Engage with stakeholders and industry networks to enhance market position Provide leadership and manage a high-performing team Requirements: Proven experience in retail property acquisition or development within retail environments Strong understanding of South Africa’s geographic, demographic, and retail landscape Solid experience in lease negotiations, deal structuring, and landlord engagement Strong financial acumen, including feasibility analysis, yield calculations, and ROI modelling Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, leadership, and team management skills Demonstrated networking ability within the property and retail sectors
