Embark on a rewarding career journey as a Projects Operations Manager with a well-established commercial contract cleaning company, known for its commitment to quality and safety. This role offers the opportunity to lead operational activities across various projects, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's growth and reputation. Key Functions: Prepare and manage the monthly schedule for all garden and window recurring and ad-hoc work, ensuring timely communication with the sales team. Oversee team members’ presentation and maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles. Conduct daily equipment checks, ensure proper cleaning post-use, and report any faults immediately. Complete health and safety equipment checklists and verify all safety documentation prior to deployment. Visit potential clients to gather leads and support the sales team during quoting processes. Manage and approve Job Cards after each project, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain accurate timesheets for all subordinates. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the contract cleaning sector. Proficiency in C, R, and planning tools. Strong teamwork, integrity, and organisational skills. Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional skills in project management or related software.
