PROGRAMME MANAGER

SUMMARY:
To be responsible for ensuring effective programme and project delivery, sound financial and commitment management, risk management, governance and compliance, audit management, internal controls, stakeholder and partnership management, quality assurance, performance reporting and people management.

POSITION INFO:
Bachelor's degree at NQF level 7 in Finance \/ Accounting\/ Internal Auditing \/ Business Administration \/Project Management at NQF Level 7) are most preferred 7 years relevant experience in any projects management environment, of which 5 years should be at a supervisory level Experience in finance, accounting, internal\/external auditing will be preferred Honours or Master's degree will be an added advantage Experience within the broader education, training and skills development environment will be an added advantage Experience within the Public Sector A CA(SA) qualification or other relevant professional designation in accounting and auditing will be an added advantage Knowledge of the NQF Act 67 of 2008, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levy Act and related regulations, PFMA and related regulations Sound understanding of the National Skills Development Plan (NSDP) 2030, National Development Plan (NDP) 2030 and Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP) 2024-2029 Strong report writing skills
