Professional QS - Consulting Industry

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consulting firm is seeking an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Stellenbosch.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, strong commercial and technical capabilities, and the ability to manage project cost and contractual requirements while engaging confidently with clients and project stakeholders.

• BSc/BSc (Hons)/BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
• Registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr QS) with SACQSP (essential).
• Approximately 5–10 years' relevant experience in the quantity surveying field.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and cost management systems.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost planning, project budgets and financial administration.
• Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
