Professional Nurse - Clinical Care Coordinator Location: Sea Point, Cape Town Employment Type: Full-time A leading private healthcare practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Professional Nurse \/ Clinical Care Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional nursing and patient care. • Perform venepuncture, IV cannulation and specimen collection. • Administer IV, IM and SC treatments as prescribed. • Assist doctors with clinical procedures. • Monitor patients and record vital signs. • Conduct basic health assessments and point-of-care testing. • Educate patients on treatment, medication and lifestyle recommendations. • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure infection-control standards. • Assist with the coordination of patient care and clinical appointments. Requirements: • Registered Professional Nurse with current SANC registration. • Valid BLS certificate. • Minimum 3 years' clinical nursing experience. • Strong venepuncture and IV cannulation skills. • Good computer literacy. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Professional, compassionate and patient-centred approach.
