We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a strong background in industrial property. The ideal candidate must be skilled in costing, budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier management.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement , preferably within industrial property, property development, construction, or facilities-related environments. Proven experience working with industrial properties is essential. Demonstrated ability to perform costing, budgeting, quotation analysis, and cost comparisons. Strong project planning and procurement scheduling capabilities. Experience sourcing and managing suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Good understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract administration. Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general procurement or ERP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
