Procurement Administrator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

• Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own purchase orders and supplier admin for a growing UK business.

Role overview

• You will make sure the business buys the right things at the right price and that every order is tracked from request to delivery. You will work closely with suppliers and the finance team, keeping records clean and spend visible. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
• You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders
• Obtain and compare supplier quotes
• Maintain supplier records and contract details
• Chase deliveries and resolve invoice queries with finance
• Produce monthly spend reports

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing or buying admin
• Experience raising purchase orders in an ERP such as SAP, Sage or NetSuite
• Strong Excel skills
• Clear written English for supplier communication
• Accuracy with numbers and documents

Nice to have

• CIPS study, completed or in progress
• Experience working with UK suppliers
