We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to provide operational leadership across liquid processing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving manufacturing performance, process optimisation, cost efficiency, continuous improvement and people development. Key Responsibilities Lead safe, efficient and cost-effective liquid processing operations. Drive improvements in throughput, quality, reliability, efficiency and waste reduction. Identify opportunities to improve product yields and minimise process losses. Manage departmental OPEX and contribute to CAPEX planning and implementation. Lead and support manufacturing projects, plant upgrades and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, regulatory and company standards. Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching and talent development. Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Process Engineering. 7–10 years’ experience in dairy, food, beverage, FMCG or a similar process manufacturing environment. At least 5 years’ leadership or management experience within manufacturing operations. Proven experience in continuous improvement, budget management, yield improvement, waste reduction and cost optimisation. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance. Advantageous Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing, Operations, Business or Project Management. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification. Experience with manufacturing expansion projects and technology implementation.
