Duties: Take full ownership of assigned mandates from intake to placement Source, screen, and present candidates for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles Conduct international searches, including placements into the Middle East, USA and SSA Manage client relationships, briefs, expectations, and feedback directly Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding and mobilisation Keep accurate records of pipeline activity and progress Requirements: At least 20 years of proven recruitment experience Strong skills inCommunication, Management, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management Extensive experience in international recruitment and managing complex client mandates Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile searches Nice to Have: Knowledge of the Middle Eastern recruitment landscape Benefits: Flexi Hours Telecommuting Uncapped earnings Join a leading organization committed to excellence and innovation in recruitment.
