This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially focused executive with a proven ability to drive performance, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional financial results. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale collections operations, leading senior teams, and shaping the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute collections and recoveries strategies to maximise portfolio performance. Drive profitability, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Lead and mentor senior management teams within a high-performance environment. Analyse portfolio performance and implement data-driven improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive innovation, process optimisation, and operational transformation. Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, governance, and risk requirements. Deliver strategic insights and performance reporting to executive leadership. Requirements: Extensive experience within Collections, Recoveries, Credit, or Debt Management. Proven success in a senior leadership or executive role. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L performance. Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams and drive business results. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
