The Practice Manager: Stakeholder Relations, Labour Compliance and Human Rights leads and manages Red Rocket’s project- and contractor-based industrial relations, stakeholder relations and labour-compliance assurance practice across the respective project companies and sites, acting as the primary interface between Red Rocket, its project companies and contractors. The role is accountable for translating approved business, sustainability and HSEQ strategies into consistent site strategies, best practice and industrial relations, stakeholder-engagement, labour-compliance and workforce human-rights standards, plans and operational outcomes across development, construction and operations.
Working within approved policy, governance and delegated authority, the incumbent manages Labour Management Plans and ESMS labour and stakeholder requirements in line with the IFC Performance Standards, the Equator Principles and lender requirements; oversees contractor and subcontractor workforce compliance; leads human-rights due diligence; and provides practical, defensible advice to leadership.
