SUMMARY:
Luxury Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Porter I Driver to assist guests and support daily hotel operations.

Staff transport available from Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch.

Valid drivers license is essential.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Welcome guests and assist with luggage, parcels and other belongings. Engage warmly with guests and provide helpful, professional assistance. Park guests' vehicles with care. Prepare pool areas and position lounger cushions. Remove dishes and assist with keeping guest areas ready for use. Support Housekeeping and Reception with operational requirements. Promote the property's facilities, services and affiliated experiences. Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to the relevant team. Assist other departments as required. Requirements: Matric certificate. Previous experience within a 5-star luxury environment. Valid driver's licence. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal and guest service skills. Ability to handle complaints efficiently and professionally. High levels of physical endurance. A flexible, helpful approach and willingness to assist across departments. Ability to work shifts, including night shifts. Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas.
