SUMMARY:
Job Title: Pizzeria Store Manager
Location: Centurion in Pretoria
Remuneration:  R12 000 to R13 000 per month

Our client is looking for a Pizzeria Store Manager to join their team based in Centurion in Pretoria.
 
As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch. You’ll lead a team that delivers smiles (and slices) every day, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and a motivated crew. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, staff morale, and the store’s success.
 
Must have Own reliable transport and a valid license. 
 
Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric Certificate

• Proven experience in retail, restaurant, or takeaway management (pizza or fast food experience is a plus).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.

• A customer-first mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Manage and motivate staff-recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to perform at their best. Monitor food preparation and quality standards, ensuring every pizza meets our signature taste and presentation. Maintain inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and control stock to reduce waste. Handle cash management, banking, and accurate daily sales reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care. Drive sales through local marketing initiatives and community engagement
