What you'll do

You will be required to:

• Dispense medication accurately and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage pharmacy administration, stock control, housekeeping, sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and company requirements.
• Plan, prioritise, and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and resolve operational challenges.
• Build effective relationships with prescribers, suppliers, store management, and support teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy support staff.
• Drive a positive, high-performance culture through leadership, motivation, and accountability.

What you bring

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/ equivalent qualification.
• Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
• A PCDT (Primary Care Drug Therapy) qualification.
• Registered as a tutor.
