Petrol Attendant (Swellendam, Western Cape)

Description
SSK is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Petrol Attendant to join our team at the SSK Shop and Fuel Station in Swellendam. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver excellent customer service during fuel and product sales, accurately manage fuel quantity applications and inventory, and adhere strictly to forecourt safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service to customers during fuel and related product sales.
• Accurately process cash, debit/credit card, and account transactions.
• Monitor fuel stock levels, perform accurate fuel quantity applications, and apply prescribed fuel control measures.
• Enforce and strictly adhere to all relevant safety regulations and procedures on the forecourt.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas according to SSK cleanliness standards.
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
• Practical experience in cash handling, card processing, and account transactions.
• Familiarity with prescribed fuel control measures and fuel station safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
