VACANCY: PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN \/ ASSISTANT Location: Pretoria East Position: Permanent Salary: From R7 500 per month, negotiable depending on experience Start Date: ASAP A well-established company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Pest Control Technician or Assistant to join its team. Requirements: Grade 12 Valid driver's licence and South African ID Pest control licence or certificate would be advantageous Previous pest control experience would be advantageous, but training can be provided Food and beverage industry experience would be beneficial Computer literate Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Friendly, presentable and professional Honest, observant and able to learn quickly Sober habits Willing to undergo a police clearance and drug and alcohol screening Key Responsibilities: Assist with pest control inspections and treatments Prepare, maintain and clean tools and equipment Apply pest control treatments as instructed Keep basic records of completed work Follow strict health and safety procedures Interact professionally with clients on-site Assist with general pest control duties Training, including industry-related training, will be provided where required.
