Our client, in a busy retail environment dedicated to providing high-quality gear, apparel, and accessories, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, out going individual to join the team in a part-time basis for season. Job Description Part-time basis The right candidate would play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the overall success of the store You'll assist customers in providing product knowledge and ensuring a seamless shopping experience Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs and preferences Assist in maintaining a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment Process sales transactions accurately and effi ciently using the POS (Point of Sale) system Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and contribute to inventory management efforts Uphold store policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store initiatives Be adaptable to changing priorities and assist in other tasks or duties as required Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Clear credit and criminal record Background checks and referencing will be carried out on successful candidate Computer literate Hours of business 9am to 18h00pm, which would include weekends Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and thisinformation may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
