Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead our production site in Germiston. You will oversee daily plant operations, optimise facility maintenance strategies and keep the plant running at peak efficiency. You will also lead a dedicated team to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years' operational or maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Proven track record in preventative maintenance systems and production optimisation. Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Computer literate. Experience with sachet filling machines or liquid packaging equipment (advantageous but not essential). Key Responsibilities: Operations leadership: Oversee daily plant workflow, production targets, resource allocation and operational efficiency. Maintenance strategy: Manage preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes across all plant equipment to minimise downtime. Team management: Lead, mentor and schedule maintenance and production staff, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Safety and compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety and environmental standards (OHSA\/SHEQ). Budgeting and costs: Monitor operational expenditure, control spare parts inventory and optimise maintenance costs. To apply, email CVs to:
