Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking for an Operations Accountant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in a financial or operational accounting role, preferably within FMCG, retail or sales-driven environment. Experienced in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Business Central advantageous) Duties Process and verify financial transactions, supplier invoices, purchase orders and operational expenses Capture approved budget amendments, monitor expenditure and investigate variances Perform reconciliations, monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Assist with month-end processes, financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records and systems Support operational teams with financial procedures, purchasing processes and cost control Coordinate international freight bookings and export shipments, including tracking, documentation and liaison with freight forwarders and shipping agents Capture and reconcile freight and export costs, verify invoices and maintain supporting documentation Support the finance team and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes Consultant: Zandri Potgieter - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen Apply via our website />Or apply on the link below If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
