Occupational Facilitator - Durban

SUMMARY:
Our client, an artisan training academy is looking for a qualified and motivated Occupational Facilitator (Electrical) to be part of their expansion in Durban. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Artisan with a passion for skills development, learner empowerment, and excellence in occupational training.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate, assess, and moderate training programmes in line with company standards. Deliver both theoretical and practical electrical training to learners. Conduct assessments to ensure learners achieve the required occupational outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative training requirements. Support the Academy's operational objectives through quality-driven training and learner development. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Electrical Artisan with a valid Trade Test Certificate (proof required). Computer literate. Registered Assessor with ETDP SETA (Statement of Results required). Minimum 3-5 years of post-apprenticeship industry experience. Moderator qualification will be advantageous but is not essential.
