- Work closely with the tech team on real projects

Year 2: Connect it across the business
- Join a cross-functional project squad
- Help modernise a real piece of the business, one project at a time
- Bring a technology lens to non technology challenges
You should consider applying if you have:
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Actuarial Science/ Statistics/Mathematics - technical orientation, or a related field
