Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within the automotive industry. Strong leadership, sales management and team development skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability. Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills. Strong understanding of dealership operations, stock management and sales processes. Valid driver's licence.
