• Are you passionate about cars, social media, and helping people make smart buying decisions? We're looking for a dynamic, digitally fluent New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Rola Ford Hermanus and help customers find their dream ride.
• As a New Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll engage with a diverse range of customers—both in person and online—guiding them through the car buying journey with confidence and ease. You'll leverage modern tools, platforms, and your own digital presence to connect, inform, and inspire.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12/ Matric or equivalent
• Proven experience as a new vehicle sales consultant essential (VW brand specific will be advantageous)
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Sales and client services background essential
• Knowledge of various social media platforms
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Clear criminal record
• Valid Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Networking & Relationship Building Cultivate strong connections within the motor industry to expand influence and open new business opportunities.
• Sales Growth & Target Achievement Drive sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets, contributing to overall dealership profitability.
• Business Development Identify and pursue new customers and opportunities to grow the portfolio, ensuring sustainable long-term success.
• Sales Process Management Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring compliance with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards and delivering a seamless client experience.
• Customer Relationship Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with both internal and external clients, ensuring efficient, effective, and personalized service delivery.
• Compliance & Standards Adhere to Dealer Standards and operate within prescribed work processes, ensuring professionalism and consistency across all interactions
