Job Overview

• Intercon Recruitment is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive for a fast-moving franchise motor dealership in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves selling new vehicles, managing customer relationships and working towards monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new vehicles to prospective customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Work towards monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and after-sales follow-up.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years' vehicle sales experience.
• Previous franchise motor dealership experience is essential.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional approach to customer service.

Salary & Benefits 

• R9 500 – R13 500 per month; Commission, company vehicle, fuel allowance, medical aid and pension
