Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required Grade 12 certificate Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage Minimum of 3 years sales management experience Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets Proven track record of evaluating trade ins.  Valid drivers’ license Exceptional communication skills Exceptional customer service Excellent interpersonal skills Target driven Clear criminal record Computer Literate Experience with OEM Systems and Evolve would be preferred  Ability to work under pressure Self management Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensure Vehicle Sales Target and Profitability are met Ensure Customer Satisfaction Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies Manage Sales Team for High Performance Culture
