POSITION INFO:
Role Overview Our client is looking for an experienced Software Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and modification of internal systems and other software components in accordance with software development specifications. The role will involve systems and technical analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation and technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have experience in software development and working with multi-tier applications, as well as the ability to mentor and guide developers. Knowledge of project management methodologies, specifically Agile, Scrum and DevOps, is required. The role will also involve gathering requirements, documenting technical solutions and collaborating with clients and end users.   Key Responsibilities Develop and modify internal systems and software components according to specifications. Conduct systems and technical analysis, design, development, testing and debugging. Implement software solutions and provide technical troubleshooting and support. Gather requirements and document technical solutions. Collaborate with clients and end users to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. Work on multi-tier applications within an enterprise environment. Mentor and guide developers, supporting technical development and best practices. Apply Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Skills   Foundational Technologies: Proficient in C# and ASP.NET, with .NET 8 preferred. Experience with Entity Framework, preferably Entity Framework Core. Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals. Working experience with Oracle and SQL Server is advantageous. Cloud experience, preferably Azure. Experience with Angular. Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or NGXS. Strong Git experience.   Preferable Skills: Cosmos DB. Azure DevOps CI/CD. Angular Material and SCSS. Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Mediator Pattern. Onion Architecture. RESTful APIs. Additional Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Enterprise software development experience. Strong focus on code craftsmanship and software development best practices. Minimum Requirements Relevant degree or diploma. Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Software Developer working within an enterprise environment. Strong experience across the software development lifecycle. Experience working with Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
