- We are seeking a dynamic and highly energetic individual to join our team. The person will manage top quick-service (QSR) and limited-service restaurant (LSR) beverage accounts, driving menu integrations, promotions, and supply chain execution.
Main job function
- Strategic Growth: Build and maintain high-level relationships with head offices and major franchise networks.
- Commercial Execution: Deliver national volume, distribution, and margin targets across the on-premises channel.
- Field Alignment: Coordinate with field sales forces to ensure outlet-level execution and promotional compliance.
- Travel Requirements: Expect frequent national travel (around 50% to 60%) to meet with regional and head office stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience/Criteria
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven track record in key account management, ideally within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong commercial planning, negotiation, data analysis (Excel/PowerPoint), and team motivation abilities.
Remuneration: R500 – R1.Million CTC pa (Neg)
