As the MIS & BI Specialist, you will lead the delivery of trusted management information and business intelligence solutions that improve operational performance, productivity, and customer experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, HR, Marketing, and E-commerce, you will translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, analytical models, systems improvements, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the MIS and BI delivery programme, translating business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions. Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, analytical models, and performance metrics. Drive data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, ownership, access controls, and information integrity across the organisation. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for systems optimisation and operational improvement. Coordinate integrations between business applications, e-commerce platforms, and external partners. Support product information management and digital content quality initiatives. Drive approved automation and AI initiatives, evaluating business value, governance requirements, and implementation readiness. Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and systems partners to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer. Lead information systems projects through requirements gathering, testing, training, release management, and benefits realisation. Job Experience and Skills Required Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience 5+ years' experience within Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related information management environment. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and technology initiatives. Experience across requirements gathering, systems implementation, testing, documentation, and user adoption. Exposure to retail, e-commerce, inventory, or multi-site environments will be advantageous. Technical Skills Advanced SQL skills and strong experience in data modelling and data validation. Experience with modern reporting and business intelligence platforms. Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and data pipeline concepts. Knowledge of information governance, access management, and information security principles. Exposure to workflow automation and responsible AI solutions would be beneficial. Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
