SUMMARY:

ð Location: Pilanesberg area
ð° Salary: R15 000–R25 000, negotiable
The role involves supporting efficient mining operations through mine planning, scheduling and coordination with operational teams.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: - Previous chrome mining experience is essential. - Relevant qualifications and valid certificates applicable to the position. - Mine planning experience will be advantageous. - Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret mining plans, technical drawings and operational data. - Good computer literacy and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with developing and updating short- and medium-term mine plans. - Support production scheduling and monitor progress against planned targets. - Work closely with geology, surveying and production teams. - Identify planning constraints and recommend practical improvements. - Prepare planning reports and maintain accurate records. - Incorporate safety and operational requirements into mining plans.
