Are you an experienced ERP Consultant with a passion for business systems, digital transformation and solving complex business challenges? We are looking for dynamic, solutions-oriented professionals with hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join a growing consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for consultants who want to deepen their expertise, work on meaningful client projects and grow into trusted ERP specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions. Experience in manufacturing or service management will be advantageous. We welcome both intermediate and senior-level candidates who are eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to successful ERP implementations. Experience & Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Intermediate level: 3-5 years of relevant experience. Senior level: 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes. Experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics partner channel or a similar ERP consulting environment is advantageous. Experience in manufacturing, production or service management implementations will be highly beneficial. Experience across the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and post-implementation support. Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, adaptable, solutions-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and provide ongoing client support. Work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design. Support data migration, system configuration, testing, UAT, go-live activities and post-implementation support. Help optimise business processes, particularly within manufacturing, service management, finance and supply chain. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to pre-sales activities, including client engagements, solution discussions and demonstrations where required. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help shape future ERP solutions to meet evolving client needs. Build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer success.
