1. About the Position

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) at warehouse and logistics facilities, ensuring safe, reliable operation of conveyor and sortation systems. Primary specialization: electrical maintenance.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and attend equipment breakdowns.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults, motors, VFDs, sensors and control systems.

• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions and spare parts.

• Record maintenance activities in the CMMS/CAFM system.

• Follow electrical safety, LOTO, PTW and machine-guarding procedures.

• Escalate unsafe conditions and complex technical issues.

3. Decision-Making Authority

• Attend assigned maintenance work orders.

• Stop work and report unsafe conditions.

• Recommend repairs, spare parts and corrective actions.

• Verify equipment readiness after authorized testing.

4. Experience and Education

• ITI, Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.

• Conveyor systems, motors and electrical controls experience preferred.

5. Skills and Knowledge

• Electrical troubleshooting and motor controls.

• VFDs, sensors, multimeters and basic PLC diagnostics.

• Conveyor electrical systems and protection devices.

• CMMS/CAFM, LOTO, PTW and electrical safety.

6. Behavioral Competencies
