- 649 – R541 518 p.a. (Excluding Benefits)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science or N3 in Mechanical Engineering. Valid Trade Test (Petrol or Diesel). 3-5 years' relevant experience. Computer literate. Valid Code C1 driver license. The successfulcandidate will be required to obtain a valid PrDP within a period of 6 months after appointment.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs of all Mechanical Equipment, trucks machines, vehicle and Mower. Supervision of personnel at mechanical workshop to ensure the personnel are fulfilling their duties as determined by the job description, the condition of service and safe working procedures. Quality control for all the Repairs and Maintenance with external service providers. Assistance with faults finding and facilitating the acquisition of spare parts. Monitoring and enforcing of compliance with OHS, administration support for the activities mechanical workshop, reduction of fleet downtime, ensuring high fleet up-time and enforcing customer centricity.
