      To provide specialist marketing advise to stakeholders and execute activity and project delivery according to set marketing objectives, strategies and/or a particular area of expertise.

      experience and qualifications

      • Minimum Qualification - Relevant Commercial diploma with specialisation in marketing management or a marketing focus area
      • Preferred Qualification - Degree in marketing or relevant field
      • Experience - 2-5 years’ relevant experience

    responsibilities

    • Assist and/or run with the implementation of marketing or ad hoc projects and activities that execute Marketing strategies and objectives
    • Compile appropriate customer messaging and execute direct marketing campaigns in alignment with the marketing strategy and objectives
    • Brief for and gather relevant market data to compile insights and develop appropriate direct marketing campaigns that talk to business problems and opportunities identified
    • Execute advertising initiatives in liaison with the FNB Marketing Centre and according to agreed processes and brand positioning
    • Manage professional relationships with third party suppliers/partners and oversee final delivery and standards of said suppliers/partners, as guided by centre marketing guidance and governance
    • Measure and report on delivery and return on campaign
    • Ensuring that work done fits within the budgetary parameters, reporting on financial aspects of delivery and giving input into budget forecasting
    • Develop and maintain position of expert and knowledge for Marketing teams through adding value and knowledge sharing of competitors, industry learnings, 360 reviews and relevant insights
    • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer's expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
    • Support the marketing manager and/or head in delivery of business objectives, guidance to team members, development of a team culture and credibility of the marketing department within the larger business
    • Comply with processes required in terms of legislative and audit requirements in marketing
    • Gather relevant market data and compile insights to inform strategic decision making
    • Gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to all relevant stakeholders throughout the business and broadcast media
    • Ensuring a collaborative network across business segments in order to achieve business objectives and effective marketing campaigns implemented in the business units
    • Through analytical business thinking translate strategies into actionable goals and relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives and with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress
