POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance, reliability and asset management strategies. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage plant performance, shutdowns, contractors and maintenance budgets. Develop and lead a high-performing maintenance team. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements. Support commissioning, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Requirements Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic). GCC Factories essential. 5+ years' maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, CMMS and industrial automation. Experience in food, beverage, agro-processing or continuous-process environments preferred Why Apply?
