POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree\/National Diploma in Engineering or related field Minimum 7 years' maintenance\/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Injection moulding experience is essential Strong knowledge of maintenance, HSE and quality systems Strong leadership, people management and computer skills Experience with preventive & corrective maintenance, spare parts and maintenance planning Willingness to travel 15-20% Key Responsibilities: Manage plant maintenance and manufacturing equipment Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance Lead and develop the Maintenance & Tooling team Manage maintenance projects, contractors and spare parts Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and safety
