Maintenance Manager - Parktown

Maintenance Manager required with strong facilities experience.
An all-rounder with experience in tenant installations, welding, electrical, construction and plumbing.
Should have good staff management skills and be able to lead a maintenance team with numerous projects on the go.
Matric and a tertiary qualification essential.
Stable job history.
Drivers license and own vehicle a must.
This role entails visiting sites on occasion and when needed, supervising various projects whilst managing the team and being hands-on.
Strong admin skills necessary for reporting purposes.
Must live within a 30km radius of Parktown.
