SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across an industrial and residential property portfolio.
Position : Maintenance Manager (Industrial Property)
Area : Bedfordview , JHB East
Salary : R30 000 CTC - R35 000 CTC
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: A minimum of five years' relevant maintenance experience. Substantial exposure to both industrial and residential property maintenance. Proven experience managing multiple maintenance teams and contractors. Practical experience in maintenance costings and project management. Direct responsibility for site inspections, quality control and final sign-offs. Demonstrable hands-on experience using Red Rabbit to manage maintenance tickets and workflows. Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle. Lives in the Johannesburg East area.
