Job Description

• iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, invites applications for or our Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.
• This opportunity is open to unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged and designated groups who are eager to build a career in the insurance industry.

Programme Benefits:

• Practical experience in Sales and/or Administration within Long-Term Insurance.
• Structured theoretical training, combined with on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• A 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R6,000
• Attain an Insurance Qualification (NQF Level 4) upon successful completion

Key Learnership Outcomes:
Learners will gain exposure to, among others:

• Conducting basic research and applying literacy/numeracy skills in insurance risk assessment.
• Managing personal finances and understanding financial risk.
• Applying legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.
• Applying legislative, ethical and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• Currently not employed.
• Not registered for any other studies, learnership, internship or YES Programme.
• Available to start the learnership immediately.
