Job Description

About the Role:
A full-time, permanent position focused on designing and implementing operational efficiencies within the logistics framework. The role involves analyzing processes, optimizing facility layouts, and leading improvement projects to streamline warehouse workflows and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

Apply logistics engineering techniques to improve operational processes, facility design, and warehouse layouts.
Evaluate process flows, productivity, and the effectiveness of warehousing software or IT tools.
Support new client implementations and analyze supply chain data (forecasting, procurement, warehousing).
Develop logistics metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct time or flow-path studies.

Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, or supply chain optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, warehouse process optimization (slotting, picking), and data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Familiarity with WMS/TMS platforms and layout tools like AutoCAD, AnyLogic, or AutoMod.
Ability to travel both regionally and internationally (at least 4 times a year).
