Degree in Law. Post grad qualification preferred. 5 years or less post admission experience within the fintech or technology related industry. Proven experience operating in multi-country environments. Exposure to complex commercial transactions and experience within ecommerce and electronic payment business industry’s an advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Provide legal advice, review contracts to support technology, and digital platform functions. Deliver practical, commercially sound and risk based legal support across technology [platforms, cloud services, API's, data, cyber security, AI, and digital infrastructure. Ensure risks are identified, documented, and managed. Support contract negotiation, legal research, policy implementation, and data protection requirements. Gauteng based.
