Learning and Development Content Creator

Role Description

• The primary purpose of the Learning and Development Content Creator is to design, develop, and maintain engaging, learner-centred digital learning that equips employees with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to perform effectively, meet regulatory requirements and grow within the business.
• This involves turning subject-matter expertise into accessible eLearning modules, videos, and campaign materials for the WeLearn platform, which support the company’s learning strategy, skills development programmes, and internal awareness campaigns across all branches nationally.

Role Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or National diploma (NQF 6-7) in Instructional Design, Multimedia or Graphic Design, Communication or related field.

Work experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or digital content creation, preferably in a corporate environment.

Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Advantageous:

• Certification in instructional design or eLearning development (e.g Articulate 360).
