Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

• Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own the top of the sales pipeline, finding and qualifying new B2B leads.

Role overview

• You will research target companies, find the right decision-makers and run outbound campaigns that start real conversations. Qualified leads go to the sales team, so the quality of your research directly shapes their week. You will have clear targets and the tools to hit them. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
• You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists
• Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Qualify leads against agreed criteria before handover to sales
• Keep CRM records accurate and complete
• Report weekly on activity, reply rates and qualified leads

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years in B2B lead generation, SDR or outbound prospecting
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Evidence of hitting lead or meeting targets
• Strong written English for cold outreach

Nice to have

• Experience with Apollo, Lemlist or similar outreach tools
• Experience prospecting into UK markets
