About the role

The Landscaping Supervisor will oversees the maintenance and installation of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, and commercial properties. They will lead a team of landscapers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and materials, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction

What you will bring

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team of landscapers
  • Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure work is completed to high standards
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites

What you will be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping workers
  • Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard
  • Train new workers and provide ongoing training to existing employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for landscaping projects
  • Provide estimates for landscaping jobs and work with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by landscaping workers
  • Ensure that all work
