SUMMARY:
A career opportunity is available within the FMCG food processing sector for a Laboratory Manager based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will manage and operate an analytical and microbiological laboratory. You will also be responsible for overseeing all product testing, from raw materials to finished products, and leading a team of technicians. To be considered, candidates should hold a minimum National Diploma or Degree in Biochemistry, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, or similar. This role also requires 5+ years of experience in an FMCG food manufacturing laboratory environment, with 2+ years of supervisory experience. In-depth knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000 or BRCGS) will be essential.
