Junior Salesforce Systems Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Junior Salesforce Systems Administrator with 1–2 years’ experience and a strong interest in Salesforce and business systems to join their team based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg East.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional looking to grow their career within the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will support the administration, maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce systems while working closely with business users and technical teams.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field. 1-2 years' experience in Salesforce administration, systems administration, business systems, or a related IT environment. Practical knowledge and understanding of: Salesforce administration and configuration User and profile management Roles, permissions, and access controls Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts Reports and dashboards Data management and data quality Workflow and automation concepts Troubleshooting and system support Basic SQL and database concepts will be advantageous Experience supporting users and resolving system-related queries. Understanding of Salesforce best practices and security principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Salesforce Administrator certification will be advantageous.
