Junior Sales & Project Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Sales & Project Manager to join their team in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have Matric, good communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to learn, attend training, and grow within the business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required. Previous project management training or experience, HVAC knowledge, a relevant trade test, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of VRV systems will be advantageous, depending on the role. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Some formal education or training in project management, particularly for project management roles. Willingness to learn, attend training, and grow within the business. Good communication and organisational skills. A proactive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Relevant trade test qualification. Experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Valid driver's license. Knowledge of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems. DUTIES: Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure that project requirements are met. Track project timelines, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and status updates. Coordinate meetings, schedules, resources, and project activities. Follow up on outstanding tasks and resolve project-related queries. Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with client specifications and required quality standards.
